Livit-1^TM is a standardized extract of Phyllanthus amarus, also known as Phyllanthus which is a hepatoprotective herb. Useful for all forms of hepatitis and liver disorders, skin problems, UTI and AIDS. Studies have shown Phyllanthus amarus to exhibit a protective action on the liver. Research had also shown its anti-viral properties in liver conditions. Traditionally, this herb has been used to support the liver, skin and G.I. conditions.
It is hepatoprotective comparable to, and in some cases superior to Silybum marianum in many animal studies.
