Trifal is a combination of three herbs - Terminalia chebula (Haritaki), Terminalia bellerica (Bahera), and Embelica officinalis (Amla). This combination has a synergistic action as well as bowel-regulating and mild laxative effects, aiding both digestion and elimination. Trifal uniquely cleanses and detoxifies at the deepest organic levels without depleting the body's reserves. It is also considered a powerful anti-oxidant.

  • Haritaki is rich in tannins, amino acids, succinic acid and beta-sitosterol.
  • Bahera is rich in tannins, and has anti-histaminic, anti-fungal, yeast-inhibiting and choleretic effects.
  • Amla supports the immune system, shows anti-oxidant and adaptogenic properties and is one of the richest available sources of Vitamin C.
